Lucy Swan, Head of qualitative research commented ‘We have a fantastic partnership with Northumbria and Newcastle Universities and take an obvious interest is seeing academic excellence work hand in hand with sound practical experience. Our policy of taking placements is now in its tenth year and the role they perform is as essential as ever. After a short period of induction, it’s down to work and we get a huge contribution from them and take pride in nurturing outstanding local talent’
