Staff at one of the North East’s leading lettings and management agencies are celebrating after customers voted them Number 1 in the region. Munro Estates, based in Belmont, Durham, scooped first prize of a Gold Award in the prestigious “Estas” after being recognised for its excellent customer service by its clients during the course of 2009.
The award was announced by Phil Spencer, presenter of Channel 4’s Location, Location property programme at a ceremony in Mayfair, London last Thursday attended by 450 of the UK’s top estate and letting agents.Phil Spencer said:
