13th April 2010 - Eclipse Offers A Helping Handset

Gateshead-based telecommunications provider Eclipse Networks is celebrating its fifth year in business with the appointment of a new mobile contract with lifetime client Helping Hands Community Care.

Eclipse Networks has provided Helping Hands with landlines and broadband across its Stocksfield, Blyth and Haltwhistle sites for the past five years and in this time has saved the company an estimated £18,000 on its telecommunication bills.

Helping Hands, which has grown over the past 20 years from a family business of two, to an organisation of almost 400 staff, has now appointed Eclipse Networks to provide an additional mobile phone package to run alongside its ongoing communications solutions.

Eclipse Network’s marketing executive Toby Grainger said: “We are now tendering more and more for large mobile contracts as organisations know we have the experience and knowledge to deal with the ever changing marketplace.

“We have established a great working relationship with Helping Hands Community Care and have been there to help the organisation manage the communication challenges that many growing companies face by continuing to offer advice and consultation on both purchase and implementation of solutions.

“It has been fantastic to see how both our organisations have progressed over the past five years.”

Helping Hands director Simon Martin said: “I had no hesitation in approaching Eclipse Networks to provide our mobile phone connections as they have proven themselves to be a reliable supplier over the years.

“We have a working friendship with Eclipse based on trust, and the team has consistently strived to find us the best solutions possible. I’m sure we will be celebrating many more milestones with them in the future.”

Eclipse Networks is an independent telecommunications company, which specialises in businesses landline, mobile, broadband and complex data solutions.
